possession of keg?! That's an offense? I also checked out the "Garbage Gazette", man, Logan is cool.

After 10:00 p.m.

"Keep your guests inside. Loud talking and laughing are most often why police are called...Keep your music at a minimum level. If the music can be heard from outside the residence, you are in violation of the City noise ordinance."

Ok - so I'm supposed to stay inside and yet also know whether or not noise can be heard outside the home?

Do not allow “binge drinking”. It is very dangerous and can result in serious medical problems or even death.

"Keeping your guest list to known persons and friends makes for a safer gathering... Designate someone to check identification at the door to ensure those entering are of age to drink and only invited guests are entering."

Shouldn't I already know the ages of my friends? Also, aren't gatherings and parties one of the oldest ways for people to meet new people? I'm thinking the balls in Jane Austen novels here.

Possession of a keg really killed me though. Seriously? $402?

sorry - meant to delete the binge drinking part but it is also pretty silly...makes it seem like a medical condition can be developed overnight...Oh, no! I have a pickled liver after 4 martinis! LOL

What happens BEFORE 10 pm? Then would it be allright for me to host a booze-laden brothel at your house? I hope so... these girls need to pay the bills too, you know!
